Your responsibilities

Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die (Weiter)-Entwicklung und Pflege von Software für Sonarsysteme im Bereich Mine Counter-Measurement (MCM) Signal Processing, u.a. für
- Hull-mounted Systeme
- Abgesetzte Plattformen
- Sonardatenauswertung
Darüber hinaus verantwortest Du die Integration der entwickelten Software in unsere Produkte und Systeme.
Zusätzlich erstellst Du im Team technische Konzepte unter Berücksichtigung der Stakeholder-Anforderungen und pflegst entsprechend die Produktspezifikationen.
Zudem unterstützt Du in der Dokumentation der Softwareprodukte.
Du bringst Deine kreativen, neuen Ideen ein und setzen diese im Team gewinnbringend für die Firma um.

Your profile

Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (idealerweise Master oder Diplom), vorzugsweise der Informatik, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematik oder vergleichbares, vorweisen.
Moderne Softwareentwicklung begeistert Dich: Clean Code und Software-Craftsmanship sind keine Fremdworte für dich.
Du schreibst Tests genauso gerne wie Produktiv-Code.
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung mit modernem C++ und bringst darüber hinaus Erfahrung in den Bereichen Design, Tests, Build (cmake) und/oder fortlaufender Integration von Software (CI) bevorzugt mit GitLab mit.
Die Fähigkeit, schnell, strukturiert und mit agilen Methoden zu arbeiten zeichnet Dich aus. Du bist von Deinem Können überzeugt und kannst Deine Meinung auch gegenüber anderen vertreten.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind bei uns selbstverständlich.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The best thing to do is to contact your local recruiting expert directly.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
