Your responsibilities

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung von vorkonfigurierten Betriebssystemen auf Windows 10 IoT-basis für das maritime Umfeld.
Du implementierst Skripte für den automatisierten Bau der Betriebssysteme sowie die Erstellung von projektspezifischen Konfigurations-Ausprägungen.
Des Weiteren bist Du zuständig für
- die Umsetzung von System Safety und IT-Security Anforderungen nach aktuellen Standards und projektspezifischen Vorgaben
- die Analyse und Behebung von komplexen Störungen im Projekt-Umfeld
- die Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Konzepten im Betriebssystemkontext
- die Erstellung von Automatisierung-Tools/Skripte z.B. mit Python und Powershell.
Du bringst neue Ideen und bisherigen Erfahrungen ein und setzen diese mit Ihren Kollegen gewinnbringend für unser Unternehmen um.
In spannenden F&E-Projekten sorgen Sie für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Betriebssystem-Plattform auf Windows- und Linux-basis.

Your profile

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows Betriebssystemen
Idealerweise bringst Du Linux-Kenntnisse mit.
Du bist mit den aktuellen Rechner-Technologien vertraut (z.B. UEFI, Secure-Boot, GPU-Computing).
Hintergrund- und Detailwissen zu komplexen Netzwerk-Umgebungen sind von Vorteil.
Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Bereich Active Directory mit.
Kontinuierliche Markt- und Technologiebeobachtungen sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
Idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse in der Programmierung z.B. in C/C++, Python oder Go mit.
Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The best thing to do is to contact your local recruiting expert directly.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
