Your responsibilities

Du entwickelst die SW-Komponenten unserer Über- und Unterwassersysteme, insbesondere in der Sonarsimulation.
Du beschäftigst Dich mit der Simulation von Unterwasserakustik und erarbeitest Dir ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis.
Du setzt Anforderungen gemäß State-of-the-art Methoden um.
Du programmierst in C++ oder Java gemäß aktueller Standards.
Die Entwicklung von Simulatoren mit DIS und HLA gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
Du bringst kreative, neuen Ideen ein und setzt diese mit Deinen Kollegen gewinnbringend um.
Du entwickelst Architektur und Design unterstützt durch moderne Werkzeuge.
Du integrierst und testest Deine Software.

Your profile

Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium vorweisen.
Du begeisterst dich für moderne und agile Softwareentwicklung.
Erste Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung bringst Du mit.
Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit C++ oder Java.
Idealerweise besitzt Du erste Erfahrung in der UI-Entwicklung.
Du verstehst mathematische Zusammenhänge und setzt diese sicher um.
Sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln und dazuzulernen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist selbstreflektiert, hilfsbereit und teamfähig
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The best thing to do is to contact your local recruiting expert directly.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
